The core technical work is agentic engineering — tuning the RAG pipeline and agent behavior so responses stay accurate and on-brand as the knowledge base grows. My own product, live with early customers.

A custom CRM built for a marketing company that runs ad funnels for real estate leads and resells them to agents — bundled with the leads themselves as part of the package. Agents work each lead through a Kanban-style pipeline with built-in task management, while the marketing company gets analytics dashboards that connect ad performance to downstream pipeline outcomes for continuous optimization.

A marketplace for secondhand electronics, built for a German retailer with 13 stores and 200+ employees. Full-stack, with Typesense-powered instant pricing across 40,000+ products and integrations with their existing DHL and Microsoft Dynamics setup.

A mobile-first membership platform where a social media creator's audience grows their Instagram accounts using ready-made reel templates. The main technical lift was a deep Outseta integration — OAuth plus keeping subscription state reliably in sync — alongside an admin panel for managing templates and member content. Launched 18 months ago and still generating significant revenue.
